Dance Party

Yesterday Violet was strutting her stuff and singing/dancing along with Joan Baez. Normally, I don't think of Joan Baez as a person to rock out to... Violet on the other hand loves her! She really likes to sing along with Joan. There were several other people on the radio throughout the day, and Vi would dance to several of them, though she would only sing along with Joan.

This weekend we spent a whole lot of time outside. We took a walk around Cutler Reservoir, we planted some seeds, we loaded and unloaded a huge amount of wooded rail fencing material, we tried to work in the garden but the soil was still too frozen, we worked with the horses a little bit, saw an inpromptu airshow, built a compost pile enclosure, and more or less wandered around while Vi explored the yard in the springtime.

We're too tired to upload everything tonight, so you can look forward to a fancy-schmancy new blog post tomorrow, complete with pictures of the "air show" and Violet's weekend adventures. Enjoy the video!
