Violet Is Smiling!

Not a lot new in our lives today, but we finally have some pictures of Violet smiling. She's been smiling back at us for a week or so now, but we've only recently gotten photos of it. It is a wonderful thing to have your baby smile back at you!


I even caught her smiling at the ceiling (no one prompting her) the other day. That was really cute.

In other news, Violet was the best-dressed baby in the bar last night - no matter that she was the only baby in the bar. Thanks in particular to Elizabeth, James, and Leela for their gift of a long-sleeved onesie and socks from Tye Dye Everything, our favorite Moscow, ID-based small business!
